Services

Miami Proposal specializes in planning and coordinating marriage proposals, as well as other events such as elopements, weddings, and romantic dates. The specifics of the services provided, including styled proposals, candlelit proposals, and custom proposals, will be detailed in individual agreements.

Availability

We are available from 9 am to 8 pm daily. To better serve you, we kindly ask that you make your reservation at least 7 days before the proposal. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific venue on your desired date, so the earlier you plan, the better.

Booking and Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your date. For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required upfront. Additional fees may apply on special days and locations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. The policy for refunds varies depending on the type of event, and the initial deposit is non-refundable as it covers the planning process. Please inquire for specific details regarding your event.

Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, the proposal may be rescheduled within 90 days. If rescheduling is not possible due to travel plans, we will make every effort to accommodate. If the venue does not allow real fire on candles or weather conditions prevent lighting them, we will use LED candle wicks.

Changes to Proposals

Any changes to the event details must be communicated in writing at least 5 days before the event. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee all requests can be fulfilled.

Liability

Miami Proposal is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event. Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Miami Proposal 305 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions in cases of force majeure or special circumstances. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.USA.

We inform you that all copyright of photos and videos belongs to Miami Proposal 305. However, we value and respect our clients’ privacy, and we are willing to reach an agreement to refrain from publishing your photographic content upon request.otos.

 CHOOSE THE PAYMENT METHOD OF YOUR PREFERENCE.   

Once your date of interest is confirmed, it is necessary to make a first payment of 50% in advance to block your space, which can be made through the following means: Transfer to the Zelle, Venmo, and app Cash Up.

• PS. If none of these payment methods work for you, then we can discuss on an individual basis, a secure way for you.
• PS. It is important to note that for customers outside of the USA, you will be responsible for all bank charges.
